Vizag(Dec 2018)

The moment we informed others that we are planning to spend five days in Vizag, the first question everyone asked was " What is there in Vizag to spend five days?" . To be honest, we felt it tight by the end of our trip. Though Vizag as such doesn’t have many places to visit, there are places in and around Vizag to make the stay wonderful.

For people who are interested in an ancient ruined sites, this is a good place to visit.

Places Not To Be Missed: While in Vizag, it is better to combine Araku and Borra Caves and a few rare temples near Vizag. So do not miss Borra Caves, Katiki Waterfalls, Srikurmam, and Srimukhalingam while in Vizag.

Stay: Dolphin Hotel

An Awesome hotel with good rooms and a lovely spread in the buffet. They arranged for excellent takeaways with fruit salad for our Borra trip(even at odd hours). Travel desk facility is also available. Local and outstation trips can be booked at a fair price.

We liked our stay at this hotel. We did not have food anywhere outside the hotel except while we were roaming outside. Such an awesome spread during our stay in the Hotel.

The train reached Vizag sharp on time, and we were at our room by 12:30 p.m. After a few hours of rest, we started our Day 1 by 2:30 pm
